Standard Rooms
Our standard rooms - either with bathtube or shower/WC - have a room size of about 18 sqm Most of them are located towards the Bahnhofsplatz (partly with a view to the Festspielhaus) - some to the station. However these rooms have 'soundproof windows'. Availabe with single-, twin- or queensize beds.
Comfort Rooms
All our comfort rooms are quietly located either to our inner court or to our garden. The size is about 18 to 25 sqm. Available with prinzess, twin, queen or king size beds.
Deluxe Rooms
Our deluxe rooms have a modern furnishing and a size of about 34 sqm They are quietly located to our small garden. Available with twin or king size beds.
Surprise Rooms
SURPRISE - primarily the rooms category will be standard or comfort class - but referring to our room availability, it may be possible that you will get an ?economy? or ?deluxe? room. Please find description at our homepage. We ask for your understanding, that we could not accept any wishes concerning a special room.
