Hamburg, June 01, 2025 - CPH Hotels/ Collection Privater Hotels is launching a pioneering partnership with ATworld, the Europe-wide platform for flexible working. With a few exceptions, the partner hotels are making their lobbies and reception areas available as “touchdown locations” - open workspaces for mobile, productive working with service, Wi-Fi and a genuine host culture.

Flexible work locations - from urban to idyllic
Via the ATworld app, users will be able to find CPH hotels as work locations throughout Germany - whether in the middle of the city, on the outskirts, in medium-sized centers or in rural regions. The bookable day pass includes: a workstation in the lobby area, free Wi-Fi, a hot or cold drink and - depending on the location - additional benefits such as discounts on food, rooms or meeting rooms. An ideal offer for mobile professionals, commuters, field service teams or digital nomads who want to network spontaneously or in a planned manner and concentrate on their work.
New impetus for guests and hotels
The collaboration with ATworld brings concrete benefits for both sides: New target groups such as mobile professionals, freelancers, hybrid teams and commuters discover the hotels as attractive places for concentrated work - far beyond the classic overnight stay. At the same time, the presence in the ATworld app strengthens the visibility and positioning of CPH Hotels as an innovative host - in both urban and rural regions. The additional offer creates new occasions for visits and generates additional revenue, for example through the use of meeting rooms, gastronomic offers or later bookings. Last but not least, there is a lasting effect: the hotels develop into lively hubs for productive work, regional networking and exchange.
Minimum effort, maximum reach
For the participating CPH hotels, the process was designed to be clear and practical so that the reception of ATworld guests runs smoothly. The reception staff know what to do: they inform arriving guests where they can sit and work, explain how to access the Wi-Fi and the location of the power sockets and accept the digital drinks voucher via the app. Depending on availability, additional services such as discounts on food, accommodation or meeting rooms can also be offered. A training video and a central support contact are available for assistance. This ensures that on-site implementation is straightforward and at the same time enables a professional, service-oriented guest experience.
