If you want to cancel your online booked room, you will find on the reservation confirmation, which you received by email when booked a link. This will take you to the booking form on which you booked the room. There you will be asked if you really want to cancel the booking. Click on YES – done. Now you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email. Alternatively, if you book directly through our site or the hotel website, you can also cancel it directly by phone or email at the hotel.
ATTENTION: If the deadline for a free cancellation (found on the reservation confirmation) has expired, you will be informed in the cancellation process again about the cancellation fees. These will be charged by the hotel.

If you have booked a CPH hotel via a booking portal such as Expedia, Booking, Hotels.com, etc., you must cancel your room via the respective portal. In this case, the hotel can not accept cancellations by email or telephone.
