The hotel cooperation expands its current portfolio with the Country Partner Hotel Melissa in Torre Melissa in Italy and the Country Partner Hotel Stadt Barth in Barth am Bodden on the Baltic Sea.
Sabine Möller, Managing Partner of CPH Hotels, is pleased about the new additions: “With the house in Barth, the Tedsen family brings their second hotel to CPH Hotels after Lütjenburg. A nice sign that they obviously feel in good hands with us. Thus, they not only benefit from the synergies through the cooperation, but also from the parallels of their own two hotels. Hotel Melissa is the first Italian hotel to come on board. The owner family lived in Germany for a long time and then fulfilled their dream of owning a hotel in their home country. The focus of the new CPH Hotels is on the tourist sector.”
The hotel cooperation CPH Hotels, headquartered in Hamburg, has specialised in the private hotel industry since the beginning. The portfolio includes city hotels, country hotels and conference hotels in Germany as well as in several neighbouring European countries. Apart from Germany, these include Spain, Austria and Switzerland. CPH Hotels supports privately managed hotels in marketing without restricting their entrepreneurial freedom. In addition, there are other current topics such as sustainability or the further development of employees. The new members are now also benefiting from this: “In a video welcome session, in which the new colleagues introduced themselves to the other CPH hoteliers, lively discussions immediately arose. In particular, the topic of staff exchange and the opportunity for the staff from the respective kitchen teams to receive further training in the regional cuisine of their colleagues met with great interest,” Sabine Möller adds.
The hotel cooperation CPH Hotels with its headquarters in Hamburg has constantly developed since its foundation almost 25 years ago: “From a sales organisation to a marketing cooperation as well as a know-how network. Accordingly, the services offered to the affiliated hotelier have also changed. At the same time, joint marketing is still the core of the services of our hotel cooperation. Among other things, this creates a recognition value for potential hotel guests. But it is in the joint exchange among each other that the most potential for further development lies,” says Sabine Möller.

Independence, success, dynamism and quality – this is what the hotel cooperation, founded in 1997, stands for.
