Earn miles at privately managed hotels – uncomplicated and digital

Hamburg, [15 May 2025] – The hotel cooperation CPH Hotels is now an official partner of Miles & More, the Lufthansa Group’s loyalty programme. Guests now have the opportunity to earn miles during their stay at participating hotels – easily, digitally and without great effort.
The seamless integration is made possible by the loyalty specialist qiibee, which offers a particularly user-friendly solution with its web-based technology – both for guests and for the hoteliers themselves.

This is how it works for guests:

  • Participating hotels are labelled with the Miles & More logo on the CPH Hotels website.
  • After their stay, guests upload their hotel bill directly via the website.
  • One mile is awarded for every euro spent per night.
  • Only direct bookings are valid – either via the individual hotel or its website or via www.cph-hotels.com.

From the hotel profiles on the CPH website, guests can access mileage collection information with just one click. The entire process is intuitive, fast and uncomplicated – in the spirit of a modern travel experience.

New visibility for individual hosts

‘With this cooperation, we are creating real added value for our guests and at the same time strengthening direct bookings,’ explains Sabine Möller, Managing Director of CPH Hotels. “We are also positioning our hotels – under the umbrella of Collection Privater Hotels – more strongly in the market. We are focussing on what characterises our cooperation: personal hospitality, authenticity and individuality.”
With the expansion of the partner network, Miles & More is pursuing the goal of integrating owner-managed businesses more strongly into the everyday miles collection programme. Partnerships such as these are intended to make the loyalty programme even more relevant for members in their everyday lives – beyond traditional travel situations.

Technology that connects – with minimal effort for miles collectors and hoteliers

The technical implementation by qiibee enables hotels to connect to the system without any major integration effort. All handling – from mileage allocation to processing – is centralised via the platform. Participating CPH partner hotels can be recognised by the Miles & More logo on the CPH website.
A short guest information leaflet is also displayed on the CPH information wall in each hotel as a Connect Card for guests to take away or scan.

Hamburg, [May 2025] – The hotel cooperation CPH Hotels is now an official partner in the Miles & More loyalty programme. Guests can now collect award miles at participating hotels in the Collection of Private Hotels – one mile is awarded for every euro spent, valid for direct bookings.
Participating hotels are labelled with the Miles & More logo on www.cph-hotels.com. Miles are simply credited via an invoice upload after the stay.
The integration takes place via the loyalty service provider qiibee and enables hotels to participate easily without any additional administrative work. The aim of the partnership is to strengthen the visibility of owner-managed hotels in the market and offer guests additional benefits.
