CPH Hotels is now spelt differently
Collection of Private Hotels as the common, unifying leitmotif of the cooperation
The hotel cooperation CPH Hotels is giving its acronym an additional meaning: the three characters CPH will in future be spelt as Collection Privater Hotels. This emphasises even more clearly what CPH Hotels stands for – an exclusive collection of mostly owner-managed hotels that impress with their personality, individuality and hospitality.
The three existing cooperation lines will be retained and will continue to offer customised experiences for different guest needs: City Partner Hotels stand for urban experiences in a central location, Country Partner Hotels invite guests to relax close to nature in idyllic surroundings, and Conference Partner Hotels create the ideal setting for successful conferences and business events.
The ‘Collection Privater Hotels’ creates a unifying bracket that emphasises the independence of the individual establishments while combining the advantages of a strong community.
‘Our hoteliers are passionate hosts who offer their guests an authentic and personalised experience. With the new interpretation of our brand, we are focussing even more strongly on this individual character,’ explains Sabine Möller, Managing Founder of CPH Hotels.
Less paper, more efficiency – the new info flyer offers the best of both worlds
At the same time, CPH Hotels is undertaking a cautious but consistent changeover in terms of print material. A survey of partner businesses revealed a mixed picture: While some hoteliers would like to rely completely on digital information, others would like to continue using printed material. The compromise found combines both approaches and significantly reduces paper consumption.
The previous multi-page DIN long flyer, with which each hotel presented itself, has been replaced by a compact, bookmark-like version. This contains a designed front page in the style of the previous flyer, which has been supplemented by a QR code that leads directly to the hotel page. The back contains the most important hotel information, clearly presented with pictograms and supplemented by two expressive images.
The new information flyers are hung on a central board in the style of a traditional key board, which offers guests quick orientation. The new subline ‘Collection Privater Hotels’ and the tried-and-tested claim ‘Simply good hosts’ are also prominently displayed here.
‘We want to give our guests the choice: Those who prefer paper will continue to receive attractive printed information. Those who are travelling digitally can simply scan the QR code and have all the details immediately on their smartphone,’ says Sabine Möller. With this innovation, CPH Hotels is taking a further step towards modern, sustainable guest communication without sacrificing the individual character of the hotels.
